The back has a geometric design. The case is black in color with a nice gloss and beautiful relief. There are a couple of extremely small flea bites and one small hairline crack on the top back rail. The bottom and top rail of the back of the case show a hint of a slight warp but this is hardly noticed and it closes perfectly.
