Rare cabinet card of what is most likely a Pawnee tribe warrior in a late 19th century outfit, holding his war club in one hand and a game bird -perhaps a small turkey- in the other hand. His war club is stunning with a full moon, large star and half-moon design. His face is painted and he wears long earrings and a medal around his neck that is framed by his gorgeous beads. The image is in excellent minus condition with strong tones and contrast. There are some light spots as seen. By W.L. Jacobs, Oakland, Neb.
