Peaceful small format cabinet card of a grandfather posed on the docks with his grandson. The sun has illuminated their small sailing boat as they both stare at the tranquil water in front of them. The lad’s model sailing boat sits at grandpa’s feet with its sail lowered. What a day for them to remember! The image is identified on the back by Leonard Foster and Grandfather Luke E. Foster. it is in very good condition with some wear and spotting on the mount as seen. We certainly love the personal nature captured with this image.
