Dazzling green leather fold-out book style case that holds two small circular tintypes. It reminds us of the small notebooks, diaries or even calendars of the day. We assume the men are brothers but it is possible this is a father and son. Both men have serious impressions on their faces but the guy on the right is more intimidating.  We wouldn’t want to get on his bad side! His image is also more vibrant while his relative has some typical light crackling in the top varnish. This is a unique piece in a rare green color that will display beautifully on a shelf or mantelpiece.
