Wonderful cabinet card of a melancholy young woman holding her violin and bow. With her head tilted slightly to the side she seems lost in thought…perhaps of her next composition. She wears an interesting regional outfit and an unusual vest with pipping. The image is in very good condition with good tones ad contrast. There is some light wear and a little nick in the top layer of the mount on the top left side. By Gronlund, Jackson, MN.
