Amazing western cabinet card titled on the bottom in ink “burro train.” There is another word or possibly town that we can’t decipher on the right. A remote area in the mountains with a larger log cabin and an extremely large group of burros in a partial fenced corral, we can imagine this was a stop for the travelers from the east coast to change out or add animals for the arduous travel. A couple of horses are seen on the far left. Under magnification the burros by the cabin appear packed and ready for travel. The image is in very good condition with decent tones and contrast and little wear as seen. The mount is slightly curved.
