Charlie Schreiner received a Master of Fine Arts Degree from the Rhode Island School of Design and lives and works along the shores of Lake Michigan. He has been producing contemporary daguerreotypes since 1992.

This lovely 4”x 5” daguerreotype of a nude is identified on the back as Krysten’s Push #2, Charlie Schreiner, Sagatuck, MI, May 2002. The image has a modern paper mat which has been archivally sealed on the back and is presented in 8" x 10" black Nielsen frame.

An Afternoon in Central Park
Wonderful 4” x 5” daguerreotype of people enjoying an afternoon in Central Park. There is great detail in this beautiful image by New York artist Jerry Spagnoli. This is one image from a series that Jerry completed on historic locations and New York City’s Central Park in particular. The image is contained in a modern black leather case with plain black velvet mat. The plate is signed on the back by the photographer and dated 9/15/02.
